Last updated: 3 July 2026

Acromia Micro Systems Pvt Ltd (“Acromia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This policy explains what information we collect through acromia.co (the “Site”), why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have over it.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Acromia Micro Systems Pvt Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through the Site. For any privacy-related questions, requests, or complaints, contact us at hello@acromia.co.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide to us

When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the message and service category you select. Phone number and company/organisation name are optional and only collected if you choose to provide them. We do not require you to create an account or provide payment information to use the Site.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our hosting provider automatically collect limited technical information, including aggregate page-view and visit data through Vercel Web Analytics, and standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and timestamps) generated by our hosting infrastructure for security and reliability purposes. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form and communicate with you about your request;
  • Evaluate and deliver the products and services you ask about;
  • Maintain, secure, monitor, and improve the Site and our services;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorised, or unlawful activity;
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Visitors)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with equivalent requirements, we process your personal data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Consent — when you voluntarily submit the contact form;
  • Legitimate interests — for site security, fraud prevention, and understanding aggregate Site usage, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights;
  • Performance of a contract — where processing is necessary to take steps prior to entering into, or to perform, an agreement with you;
  • Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with the law.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, specifically:

  • Resend — to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox by email;
  • Vercel — our hosting and infrastructure provider, which also provides privacy-friendly, cookieless site analytics.

We may also disclose information where required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Acromia, our users, or the public. If Acromia is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections described here.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics provider, Vercel Web Analytics, operates without cookies and collects only aggregated, anonymised usage data. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where legally required, seek your consent before deploying non-essential cookies.

7. International Data Transfers

Acromia operates internationally, and the service providers described above may process and store data on servers located outside your home country, including in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable data protection law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or on the fact that the recipient is located in a jurisdiction deemed to provide an adequate level of protection.

8. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver any requested services, maintain business records, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations. Aggregate, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely, as it cannot be used to identify you. You may request earlier deletion of your personal data as described in Section 9 below.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal data:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you;
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • The right to request erasure of your data;
  • The right to restrict or object to our processing of your data;
  • The right to data portability;
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights arise under the GDPR and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. If you are in Zimbabwe, these rights arise under the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] and you may lodge a complaint with the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ) in its capacity as data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@acromia.co. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption of data in transit and reliance on reputable, security-audited infrastructure providers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms we do not control, including our own standalone products (such as Apex Game Management) and scheduling tools. Those platforms are governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. This Privacy Policy applies only to acromia.co.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will, where required by law, be communicated to you more prominently. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

14. Contact Us
